This website is operated by CozyHook. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CozyHook. By visiting cozyhook.us or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Products

We sell crochet-style mug cozies for Christmas. Product images are illustrations and may differ slightly from the final product in colour, finish or stitching. Mugs are not included. Our products contain small decorative parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

Independent brand

CozyHook is an independent, fan-inspired brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any character, studio or rights holder. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products.

Pre-orders

Our products are sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree that your item will ship once it is ready, within the estimated time shown on the product page. Payment is taken when you place the order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited stock; in that case we will refund you in full.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep all product information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every description, image or date is error-free. If we find an error, we will correct it as soon as possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozyHook is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
